@RustyCrab I used to work as a social media manager for a major company. When one of your most prominent clients calls you out like that, that's when you fucked up. As controversial as KF is, lying about CSAM/CSEM and related matters is not something to be taken lightly.
From what I can tell, Epik, the domain registrar, is saying that they revoked the KF domain due to CSAM and court order. They have not provided evidence of this claim. I would assume that, if this is said in bad faith, then it's defamatory. If it goes to court, discovery would be pretty interesting.
@RustyCrab At least in my area, if you're a victim of some data dump like this and your dumped info is used for "bad" purposes, you are entitled to legal compensation/recourse. @Red_Hat@matty
@Red_Hat most of the context you need is I'm the screenshots, but the bottom line for most regular people uninvolved is that Epik has actually gone mental https://nitter.net/EpikLLC/with_replies
Just read what they've been posting starting a few days ago.
@RustyCrab This. When I worked as a social media manager, all of my posts, content, etc., were tracked by upper management, and I had a specific content schedule and protocol I had to stick to.
I don't just mean "don't mention/do these things" it was a full on 25 page style guide. @matty
@Upsman@RustyCrab why would a company too retarded to not leak every single user's personal information and completely dox their userbase do something retarded? it's so weird. it's really weird. I wonder why.
