HR has updated my support ticket for my request to show my annual leave balance, but there is no way for me to view what they have done, thanks Oracle.

However, concerningly, the ticket type has changed from: Annual leave enquiry to Update benefit enrollment and now it is Infrastructure, with the severity being updated from low to critical

All I want is to see my annual leave balance, but now I think I may have accidentally broke our Oracle ERP software
