Democracies cannot be open societies - each new citizen, naturalized or immigrated, must be taught the values which are fundamental to our society. If they cannot do this, then they cannot be allowed to participate in it.
Yet it is the fault of democracy which caused all of this to happened in the first place. A stricter Republic ruled by nobles is better than democratic republic in this matter.
