but like lets say i get a block of cheese, standard real shit no preservatives. and i came on it. that cum would mold before the cheese does
@eris@evil technically speaking it still has preservatives, salt, dehydration, etc, while sperm is just wet free-floating dead cells and sugar for grabs for any microbe
@eris@Ukko on the first few months of aging cheese it does get moldy, it's just washed with brine to kill the mold
after a while it hardens enough that mold doesn't develop anymore tho
and there are cheeses (like real parmesan, from italy) that have special bacteria that prevents mold
