@nugger@hymenreaper You may need to temporarily explore prescription meth. A small but significant proportion of meth-needers present (usually in their late twenties to mid-thirties) because they think they're developing early-onset dementia. In reality, their lives have begun putting enough stress on their executive function that their ad-hoc coping strategies can no longer keep up.
It has its own set of consequences, but... something to keep in mind.
