they don't mention that the reason it's so high is because canada has the largest group of indian migrants currently in the world, more than double in a lot of cases. in the canada mass immigration subreddit somebody said
"There was a documentary from last year talking about this partly. Saying that the vast majority of deaths were caused by suicides. These suicides were caused by poor school performance, loneliness, depression, unable to find work, unable to pay debts, unable to find friends, unable to fit in, etc. "
@graf@yockeypuck Also 'Student' is such a specific category. All the Gulf countries like Saudi Arabia are majority made up of Indian migrant workers by population so if they were included the numbers would look completely different for 'Indian migrants'.
