Although the scenario seems unlikely, if it did happen I'd have little sympathy since they've been so openly hostile to the concept of justice as a whole.
OTOH, many of these folks are walking darwin awards, since they've been convinced having any kids is totally evil (though unfortunately many of them also want to soak up other people's kids into their suicidal ideology as a result)
