I've found this is not something everyone appreciates, but god damn it, sound engineering matters a lot. Everyone can hum the Mario theme, the original Halo theme. How can you not get excited when you hear the weapon and shield noises from your favorite FPS? Hydro Thunder machines come with a nice sub woofer setup so you can feel the boat rock, it's exciting. Without that, you may as well play a home port.
