There were some infamous MD designed plane crashes too if you want to count those, like the dual DC-10 crashes from the cargo door blowouts, and ones aggravated by maintenance errors like American Flight 191 (a series of failures caused by an improperly installed engine falling off), the one Alaska plane with the jackscrew failure, United 232 and it's total hydraulic loss caused by no fusing, the MD-11 being a total disaster to control leading to several "bounce land" crashes, etc.

I found an old schizoboomer site that's gone that had evidence of Boeing covering up design flaws from even back in the day.
