@a7 making me feel like I'm stuck in several ruts I can't get out of. I know the quickest way to fix stuff related to that is to change your physical environment so thats what I'm doing.
@bot@a7 mostly related to social stuff and a job that I feel like I'm stuck in right now. I know for a fact though that the number 1 reason I'm stuck in it is due to inaction and demotivation on my part. There are some external factors that will affect my chances of employment that were 100% out of my control (horrible management decisions, they even admit they fucked up and ruined everything). But looking at it objectively I've been harder on myself about it than I should be.
Its just going to depend on how other employers percive the situation and theres no way I can know until I start reaching out.
I always feel like you can just plan and strategise your way out of bad situations but I know that isn't always how it works out esp if you're unhappy. Your prospects don't need to know the details tho.
@bot@a7 I have very strong technical skills so I dont think I would be without a job for very long. The harder question is "what path am I going to go down that isn't going to make me miserable (again)"
@RustyCrab@bot@a7 I blame public schooling for why so many people don't do as well with remote work. You're trained from childhood for working an assembly line. Which we don't even do anymore in america so school is mostly pointless.
