I got a wake up light because my irregular schedule is starting to fuck me somewhat. It starts slowly blasting my face with light 40 minutes before my alarm and after about a week I think it does work. I haven't gotten to the point of staring at red lights in the morning or putting thermometers in my ass but I'm sure that'll come with time too
