@Kagekokoro @a7 I put them head/face down on the plate, grab the base of the tail and push down until it breaks free, then I pull off the tail/meat (similar to cracking an egg with one hand). Then I gently grab it with my teeth and pull it out using my thumb to help push/squeeze it out from the end of the tail. It's not hard.

Check out the macros of rabbit. It has more fat but it's still not enough fat to sustain humans

Actually we found out that humans need a certain amount of fat specifically because rabbits didn't provide enough.
