@Kagekokoro@a7 I put them head/face down on the plate, grab the base of the tail and push down until it breaks free, then I pull off the tail/meat (similar to cracking an egg with one hand). Then I gently grab it with my teeth and pull it out using my thumb to help push/squeeze it out from the end of the tail. It's not hard.
