Reverted most changes to culling and went back to the old system. A few days of work down the drain... but using some concepts from the failed test the old culling solution went from 7ms to 0.2ms.
Also added saving/loading back.
Now next step is adding the lighting algo back.
Maybe I should make a separate account for this. Wish to share some screenshots, but can't tie it to this account... sucks
