@binkle@RustyCrab@cassidyclown@creamqueen@eidolon@bot I've had a hard time explaining keto to a friend a while back, he kept thinking it's just another fad diet. It's actually incredible how much the body changes over a relatively short time when done strictly.
I don't even like the taste of fries anymore, stopped doing keto about a year ago
