@mangeurdenuage people tried to talk me in to lasik but it was like medium to high risk and i was still going to need glasses :\

@icedquinn oof, last time I went to my optician he told me that it would cost me 1K per eye, no need to wait days in the dark and more like I saw my cousin when he did it in 2001.
I'm a bit worried tho and I would like a lot more information to what they're doing but he didn't want to tell me.

@icedquinn @mangeurdenuage You would still need glasses? Did the doctors tell you that? I know couple people who have done the correcting procedures and they can live without glasses, but their sight was a lot better than mine... So I'm still indecisive about getting surgery or keep using contacts.

@susie @mangeurdenuage reading glasses, yeah. would have been risking blindness in my 20s to still need glasses in my 40s
