Might need to purchase a fiber NIC and transceiver for NCTV. Unsure why the server is having intermittent issues processing high bit rate streams, but at other times it can handle several streams at 30 mbps. Not a GPU issue. Server isn't overloaded. MTR shows dropped packets, but that could be several different things. Waiting on data center to get back to me. ​​​

Same issue. I don't wanna bother him personally. Its an intermittent issue, but bad enough to where it's actually a problem and not a nieusance. ​

@matty nah they actually had to cut over some fiber because of an issue in seattle a couple days ago. let me talk to them and ill let you know

For reference I set up basically an identical deployment on DO and it worked fine. I've spent the last three days fucking with the kernel to handle TCP traffic differently and I'm at my wits end. Let me know what you find out, and thank you. ​​​

@matty yeah i get it. something happen with a fiber cut in seattle like 2 months ago and we've had degraded peering (literally only over HE instead of zayo, GTE and HE) since. i sent him a message on telegram but if he doesnt answer me ill call his personal number because it was something that's bothered me for like 2-3 weeks but i never raised a stink about but thats unusuable
