@icedquinn i once did a C# certificate because i just thought i could fly through the test... i literally freshed up some things 2 hours before the test and got the cert...
Or when they started trying to implement scrum, i read that paper and thought they are doing it wrong. So i ended up trying to get the online cert, which i failed by 3 points or so... In the end i pretty much crushed them at any "how to do Scrum" topic because i actually like the philosophy altho nobody implements the correct version...
One can actually compare scrum to certain Anarchy Philosophy (Flatten hierarchies, democratize processes, leave decisions to people who have a clue)
