@PurpCat Already have a flash drive ready to go with the jailbreak media.
And I DO have another Switch controller, this one Pikachu branded nyaa~ I'll try it.
@PurpCat Pikachu controller is a no-go. USB port is recessed and I don't have any cables that will fit. Going to have spend more money on a compatible controller than the entire console itself.
Would an SSD improve loading times at all? Not old enough to have used SATA 1.
@PurpCat When looking for PS3 games to pirate (shhhhhh, don't tell Sony! :blobcatpirate: ) I found that 5 of the top 10 rated PS3 games on Vimm's lair are tennis games lmao. People just playing along with the "PS3 has no games" meme I suppose.
@PurpCat Watching my parents play the opening scene of Heavy Rain whilst I'm hiding behind the couch up past my bedtime is one of my earliest memories. The game holds great nostalgic value to me.
@PurpCat Found a cable for my Pikachu controller that'll fit... On the side of the road.... After bending back the male connector (must've been ran over) and connecting it to my PC, I have determined that it doesn't work :blobcatsad:
Society will think watching movies and TV for 4 hours a day is fine but if you play video games for a couple hours you're suddenly a loner and a recluse
@sleepingnevi@creamqueen Read in 'You Should Quit Reddit' that Millenials and Zoomers spend on average 7 hours a day on screens, whilst boomers spend 9 hours. This is due to boomers having both a TV and a smartphone addiction, whilst youngsters only possess the latter.
@PurpCat@creamqueen@sleepingnevi Odd how boomers have stuck to cable despite it becoming so shit. 60% of the runtime is commercials now, with little to watch but Pawn Stars and reruns of old shows.
