@sjw I had a cat who did the same thing. In fact, if I was sitting in the chair he would sit right in front of me and look me right in the eyes until I got up out of “his” chair and put the blanket over it. After which he would climb into it and basically take it over for the rest of the day.

@Soy_Magnus @Humpleupagus Today I pulled the trigger on a commercial Arsenal Strength machine, after a long period of considering whether to do it or not. This thing is a heavy, 7-gauge steel beast and is made-to-order. It will be delivered after an approximately 16-18 week lead time. More details to come. Stay tuned. :pepe_strong2:

@Soy_Magnus @Humpleupagus My 45 degree hyperextension bench from Legend Fitness arrived this week. It’s super solid. The frame is heavy and all-welded. This thing really hits the spinal erectors and hamstrings. I’m up to 60 reps per set already. Shooting for 100 reps per set eventually.
