@StoleMyThundersBalls @graf Are you moving your secondary bases as needed? It turns 500 weight trips into 3,000+ weight trips. Also I don't carry the tools anymore, I just throw a base down and watch anime until the digtoise clears the area. Only thing this doesn't work for is paldium but one cave trip is enough for a day's worth.

The decay mechanics in the long dark are probably "realistic" but they end up creating scenarios that are so pointless and silly that they really should just do away with the indoor/outdoor distinction. Like why are you making me store a big pile of meat on my porch and every 5 days I have to go out and shuffle my meat pile to find what to cook
