he might have moved it since then but if he did he's definitely gone cloud which i wouldnt be surprised to see. he got kicked off Microsoft Azure in 2016 and his fuse panel shorted and for weeks he was telling people Microsoft was trying to kill him. pretty funny shit
He also doesn't understand why people start their own instances when they can just use yours (for free of course because contributing to projects you like is jew podcast grifting)
@Saber@moyai I encourage it. we run a service to make it almost fool-proof to launch your own. fediverse.express. i encourage anybody who is too retarded to get it to use the service. I also run a managed instance hosting service for 15$/mo which if you ask me is a fucking steal for the spec you get -> btrf.ly
if you think people shouldn't contribute to support their home instance i encourage you to make your own and stop using whinge.town
