@Tamamo i think she's talking about new people coming in specifically to be obnoxious, but i don't check twitter enough nor what shitfest is happening there to know
also, not sure what the problem is even in that event
@luithe i figured, but i'm surprised people think it's scary
it's weird at best, but the only horror is the unknown
maybe it was just a thing from the early internet, when it was still considered a scary place
centralized places like youtube, facebook, twitter, and all the like are like the homes, and other sites that aren't mainstream are the unexplored wilderness of the digital age
Almost done watching Farming In Another World.
My man got his vampire wife pregnant. Nice :zt_nod:
Definitely gonna read the manga once I finish the anime.
@Ronnie21093 farming in another world? is it that one manga where the farmer keeps getting girls, gets seduced, initially declines, then goes "i don't hate it at all"?
@Hyperhidrosis@Tamamo i remember seeing his computer videos being recommended to me, but when i went to watch, he was boring as fuck
some of his political takes were fun early on, but honestly seems like even he's aware of what's his actual selling point and, rather than be smart, acts retarded and appealing to intellectual adolescents with hot takes
i remember why being a youtuber/vtuber interested me to begin with as well
i saw funny clips and moments of just having fun, and i thought, "i wanna experience that too!" and maybe i'd also find people who i can always have fun with too
instead i get some gay parasocial fan, some guy on kick that stalks whenever i stream to spam random insults, weird idolization of what i believe, and learning how monotonous humanity is
i guess that's the real reason i'd never succeed as a vtuber or an artist: i'm supposed to make others happy whether or not i am
and now i feel like the line "you should only do this if you love this" is fake
if it's money, you may as well try your hand at it, and if you're good at it, then you'll be able to live without having to break your wrists
no one goes to work at a warehouse, fast food, or customer service because they love it
it's just that if anyone goes into this shit expecting anything more than hard labor for money, it's not going to feel good, and it particularly sucks for a job that involves having love for what you do
also kinda fucked up how my job's corporate niggers wants to fire unenthusiastic employees, even the ones in the back that don't interact with customers, despite the career life there basically being nothing but back-breaking and unloving
jobs that require love are not valued, jobs that don't are demanded to have love
@hellhammer666 i feel like redditors are a bunch of steaming faggots because they couldn't find love for the life of them and now find every reason -- moral, legal, emotional, practical -- to try and take it away from others
