oh i guess ill just die
obviously the market is not free, but I don't think you can implement a version of capitalism that doesn't end up where we are with capitalism. Like, this is the end game of capitalism, no matter how many times you start over with it
Is this not a shim in canada?
why would that be needed on a slab?
I've laid a lot of flooring professionally, but never on a slab, so I could be uninitiated
seems odd to me to put a subfloor in a basement, as I would think tile on the slab would allow you to keep the drains and the angles toward them. BUT, I'm sure there are circumstances where it makes sense. Not gonna ask for the blueprints to your basement to analyze 😅
I would actually be interested in knowing the specific methodology of their request. Obviously you can't just flag everybody who shops at bass pro because that's like half of America and would make a very useless watchlist. There is probably some poor understanding of Bayesian statistics where if you buy X and Y and Z the odds of you being "dangerously based" goes up.
It's also good to know this stuff for self preservation purposes. Maybe you don't want to buy fishing rods off the dark net but doing transactions with significant cash at innocuous stores might be a good idea.
