@Darren I also don't know why people are mad at Adam. It wasn't my intent for Adam to be portrayed as some kind of comic book villain, it's silly.
So that it is clear, it was me who made the decision. The issue was clear and stated in public, so I just took the only viable course of action to resolve the problem. I anticipated that people would click my profile, scroll back, see the immediately preceding conversation, and have context. In hindsight, I could have been more explicit about it.

And the motive is exactly what he's said it was: he doesn't want people posting nonsense forever tied to the name of the show. But he also didn't boot people for wrongthink, ask me to shut it down, and he didn't pull the plug. So, new instance, new name, problem solved.

@eriner@Darren I think it is more disappointing to people that he speaks badly of many of the producers who are here and has been doing so for a while. We are his people when we send checks, but we are not his people when things get posted here that might upset his respectable Fredericksburg crowd. If this had happened in a vacuum, it would be different. But it has happened in the context of Adam slamming us.
Please provide examples of me "slamming" all of you.

I have never held back my opinion because of "checks". We lose people all the time for our opinions, or " not picking a side". If I was really worried about that would I have complained about NAS? Use logic.
I'll wait for you to collect all those horrible times I slammed everybody.

That is not a slam? You can get defensive and defiant with me all you like, but there are a significant number of people here who have taken your statements on the show as hostile to NAS. It is in that context that this feels like getting kicked to the curb. Certainly that feeling is not universal, but maybe you should try to understand why there is anger.
