Texas national guard put barbed wire and fences around a part of the border, Federal border patrol told them to remove it, so Texas blocked Federal border patrol from entering that area. Feds seethed and sued. Courts said Feds have a right to take the barbed wire down. Texas just keeps adding more and told them to fuck off.

Could escalate if Feds start arresting or attempting to physically stop texas national guard and Texas arrests Fed officials in retaliation.
