@Bad_Banner@Kang_Kong3 That was the system they set up 250 years ago. When it was only 13 states on a single continuous coast, they thought things were too big for the feds to handle everything.
Ironically the one thing they did want the feds to coordinate (national defense) is the thing the feds are currently refusing to do.
