@a7@Nudhul eat kale. This is completely serious advice. It's got some magical chemical in it that loads me full of energy the next day.
I am not instructing you to do this for any selfish reason (I need someone else to confirm that I'm not from an alien race that subsists off of vitamin k)
@a7@Nudhul I dont know but spinach doesn't work for me. I have also tried kale powder since its more convenient but it seems to have a lesser effect. I have been eating it for years and I dont know if the baseline human experience is feeling like I do without it (tired and shitty) or feeling like I do with it (energetic and shitty)
@Tsuki@a7@Nudhul I just get a prechopped/prewashed bag and pick out the stems. You can get whole leaves but they take longer to prepare. I eat them raw but thats just because I prefer raw vegetables.
Dont eat the stems by the way. Mistake most people make.
@bot@Tsuki@a7@Nudhul I put avocado oil and Everything Seasoning on mine. I try to avoid artificial dressings and stuff but thats getting too much into the autistic weeds
Well yea artificial dressings are gross but you can make delicious dressings with simple natural ingredients. I actually want to try baked kale chips too.
@bot@Tsuki@a7@Nudhul ive tried kale chips and I wasn't impressed tbh. They just taste weird.
Also to others in this thread, I discourage getting any product marked as a "kale salad". Usually those are just big plates of sugar and various other greens with a tiny amount of kale on top. I have to eat a true full serving of pure kale to get the benefit.
I've literally never had a kale salad that wasn't mostly kale. My favourite one I had at a restaurant, it had a delicious lemony sort of light dressing, it was so good.
