    Does anybody have a thunderbolt docking station they can PERSONALLY recommend? Do not just google and paste it here. You need to have used it to verify it's not a piece of shit.
    I need:

    • two monitor displayport (THAT ACTUALLY WORKS -- it usually doesn't even if the specs say it does)
    • one HDMI port
    • will plug into linux AND windows and work
    • 3-4 regular USB slots

    Right. They may show good sales numbers bc of the number of people (just like myself) who don't want to go through the hassle of processing a return for a shitty product, because the $8 spent on it isn't worth repackaging and taking it to a UPS drop off, and it's much easier just to go "oh well" and toss it in the trash.
