Because most of the MtF aren't gay. They're not attracted to men at all (unless those men look like women). The FtM, if they're left alone as teenagers and not told to go on drugs, would simply grow out of it ... about half would become butch lesbians. (People like Abigail Shrier, Helen Joyce and several others have covered this)
