There is an unstated assumption here that Christ is taking about marriage between one man and woman, as in accordance with context and reason. He doesn't need to state what is the obvious truth here, it is known by all involved already.
Also becoming one flesh means becoming one body with your spouse through the sacrament of marriage, not sex.
