i'm beginning to realize that this flexible time and remote work doesn't rly patch up the fundamental problem i feel at this company

the pace of work feels really unnatural
like every second must be 100% productive and i'm not sure humans are built for this

i'm not burnt out yet but it's only a matter of time till i am
