I think with wholesome “trad” girls as an example I’m gonna be very skeptical for a long time because it could all be a facade and I could get hurt badly. Wouldn’t be the first time. With the terminally-online egirl what you see is what you get. It‘s like being punched out of nowhere vs knowing in advance you’ll be punched and having a chance to dodge it
@snow_huwhite@suquili This is true, to an extent. Regardless of wholesomeness, you still need to keep your girl and her crazy in check or the relationship is doomed, which isn't fair to you or the girl you're involved with.
Also, trad just strikes me as cheesy and fake. Like, I can trust a goth girl if she's reasonably wholesome, but a trad girl just feels like like her entire existence is fake, and I just can't trust that.
Goth girls at least were women who just didn’t like society and the system. Trad wives are zoomer “gamer” girls that want attention. You will never find a trad woman posting images of themselves on the internet.
