i'm sure gaben probably has some legal escape hatch but i would definitely just issue the refunds en masse for anyone in a region thats blocked from complying with the requirement.

@PurpCat@RustyCrab He sees the trolls as a very minute portion of his audience. Which is kinda true, most people who found him through mediums typically associated with trolling just find him fascinating to watch and hold no ill will towards him.
The casinos are the ones who interfere and get in his way. CrackManJack saying "You're a nigger" in Twitch chat is no biggie, but his Kick sponsorship being in Jeopardy is what gets to him.
