@Terry @RehnSturm256 Baest has already been recognized by big platforms, even being unlinkable on sites like Facebook. It’s not some small little site that no one knows about. Hell, gab is part of the fediverse and is widely known and hated by the mainstream.

Also what do you mean “Prepared” fedi isn’t particularly powerful. And no, if you’re not in some shitstate you can say whatever the fuck you want and won’t get arrested. You might get the shit beaten out of you tho.

Even assuming fedi is somehow indestructible, there are still plenty of sites which speak anti-jew sentiment which have been around for years.

I think you are very much so aware that your speech is legal, otherwise you’d be so much more scared to say the things you say.

In countries like Iran, if you say something the government doesn’t like, they literally execute you, and they do not give a shit if people know about it. If you thought your speech was truly as illegal as you seem to say it must be, you definitely wouldn’t speak it so nonchalantly.

@Terry @RehnSturm256 You realize they’d just go to the hosting provider and get the details of the people running the instance and just arrest them.

Plenty of instance owners use their real identities with the sites they own. You think the government couldn’t just go to BuyVM, Porkbun or the .st registry ask for J’s details and get him if they wanted to? Ofcourse they can They don’t cause they clearly don’t care. (Because nothing J is doing is illegal.)

I don’t know about the people getting arrested for placing stickers, but honestly in some of these states that are getting more and more totalitarian (such as Texas) I wouldn’t be surprised. But again, this is more a state thing, less a federal thing.

@yuzuki I agree. I personally do my best to not tie my real identity to my sites, at least not directly through provided information or payment method. Everything is paid with XMR and fake name/info is provided if any at all.

I also have all my servers currently outside of my actual country, as I’d rather not shit where I eat, if that makes sense.

Today I was able to get my favoirte soda brand. They don’t sell it near my city, but I went to visit my moms and she got me some. :Disa_Yay:

It’s a Generic Soda brand of Dr. Pepper, which I like better than the original. Though, I drink Dr. Pepper whenever I can’t get my hands on this stuff. Which is fairly often.
