I nolonger have any chest tubes (what they call the tubes they put into my lungs), my lung issue which happened about 6 months ago is finally resolved. Went on pretty much the first real walk with my wife in about half a year. Feels good to be back! :Disa_Yay:
@McMongoose I’m glad to be here! Back when I was septic back in September and my platelets had gone down to 13 (your platelets should be around 150,000 on the low end). The doctors pulled my wife aside and said, people don’t come back from this and told her to be prepared for me to die.
She has gone through so much in the past 6 months, I’m so happy we can both relax again. And I’m so lucky to be with someone so wonderful to stick by me through all of it, she never left my side even at the absolute worst of times.
