@jimmybuffettfanaccount 3H's character design art style doesn't bother me as much as before (though male Byleth still looks like he was drawn with fujo hands) but yeah these are a lot more aesthetically pleasing, even the GBA series were more soulful too.

@Awoo I'd say it's a double edged sword. On one side, it's invited secondaries and people who make clueless judgements about games based on what a Youtuber (kill video essayists) or meme said and people being hipster faggots about video games.
On the other, it's been helpful to learn more about a game/series you wouldn't know just from playing normally like secrets or it's development and finding people that have an interest in them back when game communities didnt suck. So nah I don't think it's ruined them.
