dumbass in my group is too fucking retarded to do a google search to troubleshoot. he's been struggling with including a library for WEEKS. fucking WEEKS he's done NOTHING. even if he never touched code in his life (he should have, already went through THREE programming courses), he should be able to FUCKING READ A STACKOVERFLOW QUESTION AND PIECE IT TOGETHER
Whats a recommended program for manipulating PDFs that isn't adobe? I have to scan in a huge stack of papers double sided and each set of sides is going to come out as one PDF (there is nothing I can do about this) so I need to be able to take the two PDFs and interleave them

Figures that while I search for Paint.NET replacements the most promising one would be a passion project held together with Visual Basic 6, duct tape, and prayers
@allison@icedquinn krita is great, it's my goto. Often it's bulkier than I want though, and takes too long to open and export when I'd just want an MSPaint kinda thing. Haven't found a good equivalent for that yet.
