Might need to purchase a fiber NIC and transceiver for NCTV. Unsure why the server is having intermittent issues processing high bit rate streams, but at other times it can handle several streams at 30 mbps. Not a GPU issue. Server isn't overloaded. MTR shows dropped packets, but that could be several different things. Waiting on data center to get back to me.
